Sous Chef

We’re looking for a motivated Sous Chef who wants to help lead our kitchen and our growth. You will work closely with Chef Danny to ensure consistent quality in our kitchen, manage inventory and ordering, and to oversee service, and training. This is a job for someone hungry to grow — and to help their cooks grow — and continually be exposed to new ingredients, techniques, and new ways of thinking about food.

This is a full-time position. You will receive salary, paid vacation, and health insurance reimbursement as well as 2 days off each week.

Line Cook

We’re seeking a Line Cook who loves creating amazing food and is eager to grow. Emphasis is on memorable cuisine, seasonality, and consistent execution.

We’re committed to offering our cooks growth opportunities and are looking for those with at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen. Hourly pay dependent on experience level.
